Course Description

The many changes we have seen in the last three years have created big challenges in understanding the many aspects and conflicts of completing taxes. This course looks at those changes from an office perspective to focus on some of those changes and how to deal with them without compromising office protocol.

 Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
  • Review eight areas that require continued attention to meet compliance and due diligence standards.
  • See where tax preparers can be most vulnerable.
  • Look at how ethics penalties prominently impact these areas.
  • View tax update information that pertains to handling office issues.
  • Learn how to manage security and privacy issues in your tax practice.
