Course Description

What are the best practices for successfully representing clients before the IRS?  We’ll look at the key schedules, forms, steps and processes involved. This course focuses on three key elements to working a collections case:

  • Getting your clients into compliance with IRS regulations so that you can help them move forward.
  • Understanding the details of the collection process in order to get your hands around where your client is and what they need to do.
  • Proposing the resolution that is most appropriate for your client.
